Cassander was a Greek king active in the 4th c. BC during the Hellenistic period based in Macedon. Died of natural causes.

Historical Note

Antipater's son. Murdered Alexander's mother Olympias, his widow Roxana, and his son Alexander IV — extinguishing the Argead line — and made himself king of Macedonia.
