Lord of the Earth — Beneath the Sky

Geb is an Egyptian god of earth, associated with the realm of earth. Geb belongs to the primordial generation of the pantheon. Roughly equivalent to Gaia in cross-pantheon mapping. Symbolised by the goose.

Historical Note

The earth lying beneath the sky. His laughter is earthquake; his back is the soil. Father of Osiris, Isis, Set, and Nephthys — and so the grandfather of every pharaoh, who is the Horus on the throne.
