Nebuchadnezzar II was a Babylonian king active in the 6th c. BC during the Neo-Babylonian period. Died of natural causes.

Historical Note

Destroyed Solomon's Temple and deported the Jews to Babylon (586 BC). Built the Hanging Gardens — one of the Seven Wonders.
