Minerva

Dea Sapientiae — Goddess of Wisdom

Minerva is a Roman goddess of wisdom, associated with the realm of olympus. Minerva belongs to the olympian generation of the pantheon. Roughly equivalent to Athena in cross-pantheon mapping. Symbolised by the owl.

Historical Note

Minerva completed the Capitoline Triad with Jupiter and Juno. She was born fully armored from Jupiter's skull after Vulcan split it open with an axe.
