Mithridates VI was a Greek king active in the 1st c. BC during the Hellenistic period based in Pontus. Took his own life.

Historical Note

King of Pontus who ordered the massacre of 80,000 Romans in Asia Minor in 88 BC. Fought three wars with Rome, lost to Pompey, and took his own life rather than surrender.
