Boju

The Battle of Boju was fought in 506 BC in Yangtze during the Spring & Autumn era, a land engagement against Chu. It ended in victory for the Chinese side.

Historical Note

King Helü of Wu, advised by Sun Tzu, marched 1,000 li, defeated Chu in five battles, and burned the Chu capital. The most spectacular campaign of Sun Tzu's career.
