Changping

The Battle of Changping was fought in 260 BC in Central Plains during the Warring States era, a siege engagement against Zhao. It ended in victory for the Chinese side.

Historical Note

Bai Qi defeated Zhao after a months-long siege, then buried alive 400,000 surrendered Zhao soldiers — one of the worst massacres in pre-modern history.
