Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 May 2026

This page explains what information ANTIQUIDLE ("the site") collects when you play, how it is used, and what choices you have. We try to keep it short and honest.

1. What we collect

The site itself collects no personal information. Your game progress — daily streaks, wins per mode — is stored entirely in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not visible to us.

The fonts on the page are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard server data (IP address, browser version) as part of serving the font files. See Google Fonts privacy.

2. Cookies

ANTIQUIDLE does not set any cookies of its own. The localStorage entries used for streak tracking are not cookies and are not transmitted to any server.

Third-party services on this site — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — do set cookies in your browser, as described below.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many visitors arrive, which pages they view, and roughly where in the world they're coming from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and may collect data such as IP address (truncated), browser type, device type, and pages visited.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

For details on the data Google processes, see the Google Privacy & Terms — partner sites page.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will see a consent banner the first time you load the site. Personalized advertising cookies are only set if you accept; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests. You can change your choice at any time from the same banner.

5. Your rights under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

If you are a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the additional right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The consent banner described above includes a California-specific opt-out, and you can also opt out directly at Google Ads Settings.

Because ANTIQUIDLE itself stores no data on its own servers, requests to the site operator regarding personal data are not applicable — your data on this site lives only in your own browser, which you control.

6. Children

The site is suitable for general audiences but is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change. The site has no mailing list, so please check back here for the latest version.

8. Contact

For questions about this policy, you may reach the site operator at the email on the site's deployment account.
